This new-build office development in St James’s replaces French Railways House and 48–50 Jermyn Street with a unified, high-performance workplace designed to meet modern spatial and environmental standards.

Despite heritage concerns, the project retains the existing basement and foundations to reduce embodied carbon and delivers a lighter, more efficient structure above. The new scheme, clad in Portland stone, will provide flexible office space and retail at ground level, responding to post-Covid workspace demands and improving the relationship with the surrounding streetscape.

Atelier Crescendo’s responsibilities include detailed design of the high end specialist glazed & curtain walling systems and the large scale acoustic screen surrounding the large plant area on the roof .
