What is the Acoustic Design Library?
The Acoustic Design Library is a branch of Atelier Crescendo with the aim to:
- simplify the science of acoustics, focusing on concepts for buildings and constructions.
- provide educational materials on acoustic principles.
- create awareness of the acoustic solutions currently available.
- connect designers efficiently with suppliers, manufacturers and brands.
The Acoustic Design Library is organised into 4 distinct platforms.
The Acoustic Design Library is a branch of Atelier Crescendo with the aim to:

The Acoustic Design Catalogue is a platform developed to help building designers quickly find the acoustic solutions they need and connect them with brands and suppliers for a smooth procurement.
Access is also free, but you need to subscribe as either a Design Member or a Brand Member.
The Acoustic Blog is a platform where principles of acoustics and acoustic design are explained.
It is free of access and no subscription is required.
(Soon, designers will able to acquire ‘CPD’ credits for the time spent reading the posts.

Our goal it to compile all the education materials into various courses that will be accessible online, anytime.
They will be aimed at:
- Professionnals looking to acquire a basic knowledge of acoustics and acoustic design.
- University students wishing to independently strengthen their understanding of acoustics.
- Education organisations (such as schools, colleges and universities) wishing to offer an acoustics module to their students.
