Atelier Crescendo have provided full acoustic design services on this mixed use block of 20 apartments. The flats are built to the strictest environmental standards to achieve Passivhaus certification.

We provided noise surveys and impact assessments for planning at RIBA Stage 3. We have continued to support the Client and Design Team throughout technical design and construction, to achieve the requirements of Part E of the Building Regulations and control of noise between commercial and residential demises.

Anticipated completion date: Late 2025.
