Jo Yee Cheung and Greta Gasser are two super stars, based in Manchester (UK), who spend a lot of their time & energy promoting music education for children, especially those who can’t afford it.

In this episode, Jo tells us how she got to create the Olympias Music Foundation (www.olympiasmusicfoundation.com) and developped all the amazing projects that focused around learning & practicing music at no cost. She also spoke to us about the research undertaken during her PhD on the role of parents in children’s musical development.

Greta, founder of Gasser Music Studio (www.gassermusicstudio.com), spoke to us about her approach to teaching piano and her contributions to the Olympias Music Foundation. We also discussed performance anxiety, that she has suffered from and is far more common than we think amongst musicians.
