New Zealand House

New Zealand House, London
The redevelopment of New Zealand House consolidates the High Commission into the podium and top tower floors, while the remaining tower floors are reconfigured for third-party offices.

A new public lobby improves access for office users, and the Royal Opera Arcade is restored and enhanced with increased retail frontage and new shopfronts. Internal upgrades include enlarged floorplates, improved vertical circulation, and energy-efficient glazing and HVAC systems, all while preserving the building’s historic fabric.

Atelier Crescendo’s responsibilities included detailed design of the high end and specialist glazed and curtain walling systems.
