Dog Kennel Hill is a new residential development designed to integrate with its surrounding community.

Located on a prominent hilltop corner site, the project creates a vibrant residential quarter with a focus on sustainability. It includes a new public square, a landscaped public garden, and play areas, fostering social interaction and a sense of community.

Atelier Crescendo provided expert advice, during the early stages of the design, for the mass timber structure and overall construction to achieve the stringent acoustic requirements set by the Local Authority.
