Atelier Crescendo were asked to provide Stage 4 detailed design input to this mixed-use development of 9 flats, to achieve the requirements of Approved Document E.

The structure comprises a lightweight steel frame system and we were successful in guiding the architectural, client and contractor teams through the acoustical challenges.

The project also has high sustainability credentials and is Passivhaus certified.
